Our 60-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of any signs of wear, scuffs, or damage
Note: Items that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors cannot be returned.
How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us
Email returns@cslshoes.com or call (845) 694-6700 with your order number and reason for return. -
Receive Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. -
Pack & Ship
Place items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off at any UPS location. -
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!
- Same style, different size: Free exchange shipping both ways.
- Different product: Return the original item and place a new order for the fastest service.
For exchanges, please contact us and we'll reserve your new item while you return the original.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at (845) 694-6700 or email support@cslshoes.com. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
